Our Philosophy for Change
Marginalized, low income families receive a supply of diapers
Babies are healthy and able to receive an early education while parents work
Families are alleviated from a major expense, reducing stress, while creating a pathway towards financial stability
Cycle of poverty is disrupted, opening up a gateway of opportunities.
An overlooked basic essential
Federal assistance like WIC and SNAP do not cover diapers
1 in 3 families have to prioritize essentials like food over diapers
Daycare and early education facilities (including those that are federally subsidized) require a day's supply of diapers
$80
The cost to diaper a child per 1 month
Children who stay in a soiled diaper are prone to developing dermatitis, resulting in costly ER visits
